Here at Secret Exposure, we pride ourselves on creating bespoke experiences for each of our clients. We love to embrace individuality - you can wear whatever you want and we tailor your shoot and makeup to match your personality as well as your body type. Your Secret Exposure experience is designed to make you feel comfortable and have a really fun experience.

The women I photograph are real women, who live real lives. They may be seen by others as friends, mums, wives, grandmothers, daughters, sisters or career women. I want them to see themselves in a different light and realise just how amazing and beautiful they are. Day to day life can grind you down, and my clients love to have an album or wall art at home reminding them of how amazing they are!

We have an all female team consisting of myself, studio manager and MUA'S...we are your own personal cheer leaders throughout the shoot and we all have the most fun together!

Every client that comes in for a boudoir shoot has different reasons for doing one, most feel a bit nervous and don’t quite know what to expect. Every client is unique and each experience is tailored individually but the consistent feedback about their shoot is ‘what an amazing experience and I wish I had done it sooner!’ Celebrating your beautiful body with all its uniqueness and flaws and actually embracing yourself is one of the most empowering feelings you can experience. All the women I shoot are amazing and I feel honoured that I get to photograph them and hear their experiences and accomplishments. My relationship with my body has always been a rollercoaster for me, I have always suffered with low self-esteem and had a hang up with being curvier than the friends I grew up with. Even before kids, my relationship with my body was never a positive one. After having two kids I have spent a lot of time trying to ‘lose the baby weight’ and exercising to try and gain some confidence back. Another big issue for me was to find myself sexy again and not just see myself a mum!
The experience was a lot less nerve wracking and it was surprising how quickly Amalia made me feel at ease. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but I could tell I had made the right choice to have my shoot with her. Nothing felt sordid and it felt like everything was sexy but tastefully done.
During the shoot and afterwards I still felt quite unconfident about my body. However, once I saw the photos it certainly gave me more confidence and helped me see myself possibly more how my fiancé sees me and I felt very sexy. I also felt confident enough to share my photos with some friends and my sister as I couldn’t believe the pictures were me! I have recommended it to all my friends as a great confidence booster.
If I could do it again I think I would stop worrying so much about whether there was a roll of fat here or cellulite showing and be a bit more experimental. I think it would be much more relaxed to do it again and I would possibly be brave enough to do some more shots like the Art Nude shots.

The best bit was how much of a relaxed feel it was so I didn’t feel nervous or awkward at all. I also loved how the shoot made me feel in myself. There’s something so liberating about having a boudoir shoot and you can really truly be yourself. It has definitely changed me. I’ve always been told I should model but I said i could never do it because I’m not photogenic and I just don’t have the confidence to pull it off. But I realised after this shoot that I could definitely do it. I felt so comfortable in front of the camera and especially when you “talk to yourself’ as you said. Talking whilst taking pictures even if it is just to yourself or if it’s giving directions is so comforting and reassuring especially for a first timer. Yes, I would totally do it again!

WOW! Thank you so so much it was the most incredible experience and I can't believe some of those pictures are actually me. I feel a little emotional looking at them...maybe I'm not a total blob after all! The experience was amazing and I felt so relaxed throughout which was totally unexpected.
Honestly totally blown away, definitely a step towards changing how I see me. I mean if that's how my other half sees me I reckon he’s picked well haha!
Seriously hard to chose and every time I look there's another one I think I should get but I have to stop somewhere!!
